How to cook:
1. Boil plenty of water (approximately 3-4 liters) until it reaches a rolling boil. Add the noodles gradually, stirring gently. Cook until they reach your desired firmness, then turn off the heat.
2. Quickly immerse the noodles in cold water and knead them thoroughly to wash off excess starch. Drain the water.
3. Serve the noodles with your choice of toppings, season with noodle broth or dressing according to your preference, and enjoy.
