Haskap is a fruit known as the "fruit of longevity" in Hokkaido area, Japan.
It contains about 5 times more vitamin C and calcium than blueberries, and about 3 times more iron, attracting attention for its high nutritional value and functionality.
Haskap has thin skin that requires careful handling during harvesting, and it is difficult to distribute outside Hokkaido without freezing.
"Kamui no Houju" preserves the goodness of haskap with "do nothing (no additives)" approach as much as possible (freeze-dried). It's a superfood known only to those familiar with Hokkaido!
