This is a cup-style zosui (rice soup) with dried mozuku seaweed. It uses mozuku from Okinawa Prefecture. Simply pour hot water into the cup with miso soup stock and alpha rice, wait for 5 minutes, and it's ready to eat.

How to Prepare and Enjoy:
